Casa Libbyis a spacious 3 bed/4 bath, fully-furnished traditional Yucatan home with a private pool and large backyard. It is perfect for hosting a family vacation or a romantic getaway for either a short or long term rental. It is located within Centro Merida on Calle 39, between Reforma and Calle 66.

The space
When you step into the home, you are in the living room area which has plenty of seating for movie watching or relaxing. The first bedroom has 2 twins beds and the second bedroom has a kingsize bed; each bedroom has an armoire for storage and an ensuite bathroom. The main house also contains a fully equipped
kitchen and dining area that sits 6 guests and another bathroom. The large backyard has tropical oasis feel, as the high walls ensure total privacy as you cool yourself in your own pool or for quietly sipping drinks on the patio. The third bedroom is located in the casita at the back of the property which has a king and a queen size bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom.

Other amenities of the home include: wireless internet, 2 flat screen TVs, cable,  soap, towels and linens, individual a/c units and ceiling fans in each room (to help keep Merida green, we allow a generous daily limit on electricity with excessive
overages to be paid by the tenant), a safe for your valuables.

For long term rentals only: use of washing machine, weekly cleaning available, the electricity and propane usage is to be paid by the tenant.

Well behaved dogs allowed (please no cats) with any damages to be paid by tenant.

Rates

• Summer (apr-sep) $400 USD per week or $1,100 USD per month.
  • Long term $975 usd (3 months or more)
• Winter (oct-mar) $500 USD per week or 1250 per month.
  • Long term $1,100 usd (3 months or more)
• Semana Santa y Pascua $650 USD per week.
• Minimun rental period 3 night $85 per night.
